If you are a developer, then we are always looking for great coding talent. We are a Software as a Service business, so developers are our life blood. We will always be interested in chatting to anyone with a background in .net C#, web api's,, node js, angular, AWS, bootstrap or docker. To name but a few. We would look at Lead Devs, Senior Devs, experienced Devs and Junior Devs. If you are good, we can find a space for you.
Service Desk Analysts
We have a fantastic service desk team here. Its one of those jobs where people often get promoted and move internally, so we always keep an eye out for good help desk and service desk folks who are SQL savvy and work with software rather than hardware.
We have a fairly regular need for SQL led financial and analytics folks too. Currently we are SQL driven for our reporting, but we are moving over to much more sophisticated and visual analytics techniques and would therefore, always be interested in people from that world.
We have a small, but growing, test team. As the business grows, it is likely we'll be looking for more automation testers to join this critical part of our business.
If we continue on our current growth trajectory then we'll be looking for more BA's to help support the onboarding of customers, from the smaller, start ups to the big corporates. The projects that are likely to need new resource are smart metering, re-platforming our finance MI, data migrations and helping our new supplier businesses to enter the UK market. The role will include working directly with new entrants to embed ENSEK’s suite of solutions as well as managing the licensing and accreditation of ‘off the shelf’ supply companies.
Our project delivery team are always on the look out for energy industry PM's, in particular. These are very varied roles and we don't look for an particular project management methodologies. Its not about project plans and documentation. Its all about planning, time scales, milestones, managing people, managing resources and hands on ownership of your own autonomous projects.
